Equipment Rental Agreement

EQUIPMENT RENTAL AGREEMENT This Agreement is executed on [start_date] between [owner_name] (hereinafter "the Owner") and [renter_name] (hereinafter "the Renter"), for the rental of: [equipment_description]. 1. RENTAL PERIOD AND FEE The rental period is [rental_period], at a rental of [rental_amount]. 2. SECURITY DEPOSIT The Renter has paid a refundable security deposit of Rs.
