Refund Policy

One-time document downloads

A clean, unwatermarked document is generated and made available for download immediately upon payment. Because the document is delivered instantly and in full, one-time download purchases are not eligible for a refund once the document has been generated, except where the document could not be generated correctly due to a fault on our end, in which case contact us and we will fix it or refund the specific purchase.

Annual plans (Pro, Startup, Business, Enterprise)

You may cancel any annual plan at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period already paid for. Subscription payments already processed for the current billing period are not refunded for early cancellation. If you were charged in error, or charged after a cancellation that should have taken effect, contact us and we will refund that specific charge. Switching between plans mid-cycle applies your remaining balance as credit toward the new plan rather than issuing a cash refund.

Aadhaar eSign

eSign credits are spent only once a signer genuinely completes Aadhaar e-KYC and signing through Leegality; a failed or abandoned attempt never spends a credit. Once a signature is successfully completed, that credit is not refundable, since the signing service has been delivered. If a credit is spent due to a fault on our end, contact us and we will restore it.

Team accounts (Business plan)

Team member credits are drawn from the account owner's plan and follow the same terms as that plan above. Removing a team member does not entitle the account to a partial refund.

Advocate verification

If you purchase advocate verification for a document and a licensed advocate does not review it within a reasonable time, or the review is not delivered for any reason on our end, you are entitled to a full refund of that specific payment. Once an advocate has reviewed the document and provided feedback or approval, the service has been delivered and is not eligible for a refund.

Document credit packs

Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, since the discount reflects a bulk commitment. Unused credits do not expire and are not tied to a subscription, there is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel. If a technical fault on our end prevents a credit from being usable, contact us and we will restore it or refund that specific purchase.

How to request a refund

Contact us with your payment reference and the reason for the request. Eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Razorpay, typically within 5-7 business days of approval.
