Legal Drive provides document templates and a guided drafting tool for informational and convenience purposes. By using this site, you agree to the following terms.

Documents generated on Legal Drive are drafts based on the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy and completeness of any document before signing, filing, or relying on it.

Where a document is marked as requiring advocate review, we strongly recommend obtaining that review before using the document for any binding or court-related purpose.

State-specific details such as stamp duty are provided on a best-effort, verified basis where marked, and on an unverified, indicative basis otherwise. Always confirm current rates with the relevant state authority before executing a document.

Paid features, including clean downloads, advocate verification, and Aadhaar eSign, are billed as described at the time of purchase. eStamp integration is not yet available.

Aadhaar eSign on this platform is provided through Leegality, a licensed electronic signature service provider, using Aadhaar-based e-KYC as regulated under the Information Technology Act, 2000. Legal Drive does not itself store your Aadhaar number; the e-KYC process is handled directly between you and the licensed provider.

A Business-plan account may include team members added by the account owner. Documents, eSign credits, and billing for a team are managed centrally by the account owner as described on the Pricing page.
