Advocate verification is delivered once a licensed advocate has reviewed the document; typical turnaround time is communicated at the time of purchase.

If a digital delivery fails due to a technical fault on our end, contact us and we will resolve it or issue a refund for that specific purchase, consistent with our refund policy.
