Lease Renewal Agreement

LEASE RENEWAL AGREEMENT This Renewal Agreement is executed on [renewal_start_date] between [landlord_name] and [tenant_name], extending the lease originally dated [original_agreement_date]. 1. RENEWAL TERM The lease is renewed for a further term of [new_term_months] months from [renewal_start_date]. 2. UPDATED RENT The monthly rent for the renewed term shall be Rs. [new_rent_amount]. 3. OTHER TERMS All other terms of the original agreement dated [original_agreement_date] shall continue to apply, except as expressly modified by this Renewal Agreement.
