Bank Locker Agreement

BANK LOCKER AGREEMENT This Agreement is executed on [effective_date] between [bank_name], branch at [branch_address] (hereinafter "the Bank"), and [customer_name] (hereinafter "the Customer"). 1. LOCKER HIRE The Bank agrees to let out Locker No. [locker_number] to the Customer for an annual rent of Rs. [annual_rent], payable in advance. 2. ACCESS The Customer shall have access to the locker during the Bank's normal working hours, subject to the Bank's security procedures. 3. NOMINATION The Customer nominates [nominee_name] to receive access to the contents of the locker in the event of the Customer's death, in accordance with the Bank's nomination rules. 4. LIABILITY The Bank's liability in respect of the locker's contents shall be governed by the Bank's applicable terms and conditions and RBI guidelines in force from time to time. 5. TERMINATION Either party may terminate this Agreement by written notice, upon which the Customer shall vacate the locker of all contents.
