Guarantor Agreement

GUARANTOR AGREEMENT This Agreement is executed on [execution_date] between [lender_name] (hereinafter "the Lender") and [guarantor_name], residing at [guarantor_address] (hereinafter "the Guarantor"), in respect of a loan of Rs. [loan_amount] extended by the Lender to [borrower_name] (hereinafter "the Borrower"). 1. GUARANTEE The Guarantor hereby guarantees repayment of the above loan, together with interest, in the event the Borrower fails to repay it as agreed. 2. EXTENT OF LIABILITY The Guarantor's liability under this guarantee shall not exceed Rs. [loan_amount], together with any interest and costs as may be agreed. 3. CONTINUING NATURE This guarantee shall remain in force until the loan is fully repaid, unless revoked earlier in accordance with law.
