Joint Development Agreement

JOINT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT This Agreement is executed on [execution_date] between [landowner_name], residing at [landowner_address] (hereinafter "the Landowner"), and [developer_name], having its registered address at [developer_address] (hereinafter "the Developer"). WHEREAS the Landowner is the owner of the land described below and has agreed to permit the Developer to develop it, in consideration of the sharing arrangement set out below.
