ALLEGED CONTEMNOR PETITION UNDER THE CONTEMPT OF COURTS ACT, 1971 FOR INITIATION OF PROCEEDINGS FOR CIVIL CONTEMPT MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH: 1. This petition must be supported by an affidavit and by a certified copy of the order alleged to have been disobeyed.
