Franchise IP Licensing Agreement

FRANCHISE IP LICENSING AGREEMENT This Agreement is executed on [effective_date] between [franchisor_name] (hereinafter "the Franchisor") and [franchisee_name] (hereinafter "the Franchisee"). 1. GRANT OF LICENSE The Franchisor grants the Franchisee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the trademark, trade name, and associated trade dress "[brand_name]" within [territory], solely in connection with the operation of the franchised business. 2. ROYALTY The Franchisee shall pay the Franchisor a royalty of [royalty_percent]% of gross revenue, payable as agreed between the parties. 3.
