Live-in Relationship Agreement

LIVE-IN RELATIONSHIP AGREEMENT This Agreement is executed on [effective_date] between [partner_one_name] and [partner_two_name] (hereinafter jointly "the Partners"), both being adults entering into this relationship out of their own free will. 1. COHABITATION The Partners shall reside together at [cohabitation_address] as partners in a live-in relationship. 2. FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENT [financial_arrangement] 3. MUTUAL RESPECT AND CONSENT The Partners confirm that this relationship is entered into with full, free consent, without any coercion, and that either Partner may end the relationship and this Agreement by giving reasonable written notice to the other. 4. SEPARATE PROPERTY Any asset owned by a Partner prior to this Agreement shall remain that Partner's separate property unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
