Co-working Space Agreement

CO-WORKING SPACE AGREEMENT This Agreement is executed on [start_date] between [operator_name] (hereinafter "the Operator") and [member_name] (hereinafter "the Member"), for use of: [space_description]. 1. FEES The Member shall pay Rs. [monthly_fee] per month for the duration of this Agreement. 2. TERM This Agreement shall remain in force for [term_months] months from the start date. 3. USE OF SPACE The Member shall use the space in accordance with the Operator's house rules and shall not sublet or share access without the Operator's consent. 4.
